90 Day Just Right
Guarantee
Customer has 90 days from the time
the memory foam products were received to return for a full refund
of the purchase price less all shipping costs. Customer is
responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Returned
memory foam products must be received in “like new” condition
To receive a Return Authorization Code please contact your
retailer. All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization Code or they will be refused by our receiving
department.
Customer must have memory foam bed product in transit back to the
manufacturer on or before the 90th day. Memory
foam pillows are non refundable. Any special service fees
such as date certain shipping, inside delivery, lift gate, white
glove delivery, or unpacking of merchandise is nonrefundable.
Cancellation: Customers that cancel or refuse
delivery of shipped merchandise will be charged for all shipping costs and
assessed a 10% restocking fee. Customers who cancel their order prior to
shipment will be assessed a six percent fee to cover credit card processing
fees.
